Automatic File Reading tells you what might be wrong - Standby Mode empowers you to investigate the answer for yourself.

Standby Mode is designed to empower and assist peer-to-peer support communities by providing automatic analysis on any RagePluginHook log file, as well as buttons to unlock deeper insights.

While Automatic File Reading is powerful, it can only recommend solutions based on known data. Standby mode unlocks full visibility to enable peer-to-peer troubleshooting and helps provide useful information at a glance.

How it works

  • Upload a log anywhere outside the designated File Reading channel.

  • Bot responds with the information & buttons above.

  • Click any button for instant detailed information.

  • All output is optimised for ease of reading & sharing, with each option having a 'Share' button allowing you to share it with the user publicly.

Lists every file installed in the GTAV/Plugins & GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR folders — including unknown, untracked or incorrectly installed files. This allows you to spot plugins/files without downloading a log and manual analysis of all installed plugins that Automatic File Reading usually hides for simplicity.

Expose all installed files — not just the ones flagged. Looking to check whether a specific plugin is installed? Maybe you want to know how much the user has installed? Perhaps you want to check if a user has two plugins installed for a possible conflict? This is now possible.

Search for any keyword and get a filtered log file with only matching lines. This allows you to trace specific issues in a log file: searching is as powerful as your search term. Looking to view all logging related to a specific plugin? Want to see if this log file contains any references to RAGENativeUI? This is now possible.

Extracts & compiles all unhanded exceptions within a log. It collects the Exception Type, Exception Message & Stack Trace into a clean document for you to review.

This allows you to review crash details, even if no fix is known yet. Struggling to read a RagePluginHook log and locate the crashes? On mobile and wanting to review the issue the user is facing? Want to see if the user's crash contains any plugin mentions? This is now possible.

Our classic automatic log reading — smart, detailed & familiar. Now accessible via a simple button press.

Delete the Standby Mode message. Please note this is a staff-only button, and ignores your Standby Mode Role.

Customisation

Enable or disable Standby Mode.

By default, Standby Mode's button panel can only be interacted with via Server Staff.

The required role allows you to set an additional role set that is permitted to use the buttons with the exception of the delete button 🗑️.

If you would like everyone to have permission to interact with it, you can choose the everyone role by entering your server ID.
