I receive the error the given key was not present in the dictionary.

This means that since the interactive panel was last used, the bot has been restarted. To add the panel back into the bots memory you can easily re-visit the home page of the respective panel or send the command again.

Instead of the arrow emoji, I see :arrow:.

1. Validate that 686 Utilities has the 'Use External Emojis' permission.

2. Due to a bug with Discord's permission system, you may need to allow @everyone to have the 'Use External Emojis' permission.
